About Vicky

Vicky is Head Therapist at Neuro Massage and has been part of our team for seven years. With over 23 years of massage experience, she brings extensive hands-on skill, thoughtful judgement and a warm, reassuring presence to her work.

Her career spans New Zealand and the UK, including experience supporting people with acquired brain injuries and cerebral palsy. She takes time to understand each person’s preferences, comfort and needs, recognising that these can change from one session to the next.

Skilled massage, adapted to you

Vicky’s experience includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and facial massage. She has also trained in Pilates and movement-based approaches. Her approach ranges from lighter, soothing touch to firmer massage where appropriate, always guided by the individual.

Her skill lies in knowing how to adapt: listening carefully, responding to feedback and adjusting pressure and pace throughout a session. Whether you have regular massage or are trying it for the first time, Vicky helps you feel comfortable, informed and involved.

Through seven years with Neuro Massage, Vicky has developed a deep understanding of our approach to supporting people with neurological conditions and complex care needs.

As Head Therapist, she brings experience and continuity to the team. Her work centres on the person, with respect for their choices and an emphasis on comfort, dignity and trust.

Helping develop our training programmes

Vicky also contributes to Neuro Training School, helping develop our award-winning training programmes. She draws on her extensive massage experience to bring practical insight into adapting sessions around individual needs, comfort and preferences.

Her contribution helps connect our training with the everyday realities of supporting people with neurological conditions and complex care needs.
