At Neuro Massage, we work alongside case managers and rehabilitation professionals to provide specialist massage therapy for individuals living with neurological conditions, injuries and complex care needs.
We understand that every client has different physical, neurological and communication needs. Our approach focuses on individual assessment, appropriate adaptations, comfort, safety and professional collaboration.
We provide home-based Neuro Massage appointments, adapting treatment to each person's presentation, mobility, positioning requirements and overall wellbeing.
Our team has experience supporting individuals living with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions.
We aim to make the referral process straightforward for case managers while providing an individualised, professional service for their clients.

Our Approach
Every client starts with a conversation about their needs, health history and what they would like from massage. We then shape each session around the person, not just the diagnosis. We take into account:
- Positioning: working in a bed, wheelchair, specialist seating or on a couch, depending on what is safe and comfortable.
- Sensory changes: adjusting pressure and technique where sensation is reduced, altered or heightened.
- Fatigue: recognising tiredness and adjusting pace through the session.
- Communication: adapting how we explain and check in, including with clients who use alternative communication or need support from family or carers.
- Mobility: working within each person's range of movement, without moving them beyond it.
- Professional scope: Neuro Massage is a complementary therapy. It supports comfort and wellbeing alongside a client's medical and rehabilitation care and does not replace it.

Home-Based Neuro Massage
We visit clients in their own homes and in appropriate care settings within our service area across London. Being treated at home means clients can stay in a familiar, accessible space, with their own equipment and usual support around them.

Working With Case Managers
We keep the referral side simple. Once you get in touch, we will talk through your client's needs, agree arrangements for appointments and keep you updated on scheduling.
With the client's consent, we are happy to communicate with the wider team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and support workers, so that massage fits in with the client's wider rehabilitation plan.

Fees and travel charges are confirmed when you enquire, based on your client's location and the appointment arrangements agreed.
