The version of “health” sold in glossy packaging – the green juices, the yoga retreats, the one-size-fits-all lists – isn’t built for most of us. And it never was.

A gentle, email-based wellness companion for people navigating illness, injury, caregiving, disability, neurodivergence – or just life in a body that needs rest and compassion.
Why “Inclusive Wellness”?
Because we’re done pretending that wellness is about perfection. Real wellness is about:

- Building rituals that work in a care home or a wheelchair
- Feeling seen when your nervous system is in survival mode
- Making room for grief, rage, hope, and silliness
- Claiming rest without having to earn it
