Neuro Massage Therapy

Our massage therapy is tailored to support people with neurological or complex needs. We focus on comfort, regulation, and quality of life - offering a calm, respectful space to feel cared for and listened to. Whether you’re looking for relief, connection, or simply time to rest, we’re here to support your wellbeing.

Gemma has been my massage therapist for 7 years now and the quality of her massage is, in my experience, unmatched. I like deep tissue massage (not gentle massage). And as a very active wheelchair user (due to spinal cord injury), I can build up some impressive knots and tension in my neck, shoulders, back and arms and she is more than capable of breaking them down in a gradual and effective way. Her fees are competitive and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Spinal Cord Injury

Our massage therapy is carefully adapted for clients living with spinal cord injuries. Sessions can support comfort, promote circulation, and offer gentle, non-invasive touch in areas of reduced movement or sensation. Many people find this helps with muscle tension, body awareness, and emotional wellbeing.

Stroke

Massage can be gently adapted to support people recovering from stroke. Some clients find it helps with relaxation, body awareness, and easing muscular tightness on affected sides. Sessions are always tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
